How to search for a product?
1. Visit ROVAN MART website. (www.rovanmart.com)
2. In the top there is a search box. Enter the name of the product or service you are looking for.
3. Press Search button. Results will be displayed below.
4. Alternatively you can click the Products menu and browse the categories to find your preferred product.
How to Send Enquiry?
1. Search for the product or service you want.
2. Visit the Product page of your preferred product.
3. In the bottom of the page the Send Enquiry button is there. Click it.
4. A new pop-up window will appear and ask for your mobile number. Please enter the 10 digit mobile number and click the Submit button.
5. An OTP will be sent to your mobile number. Enter the OTP in the next pop-up window and click the Continue button. If you have not received the OTP please click Resend.
6. If you are a first time buyer a new screen will appear and ask for your Name, Company Name, City and Email Id. If you have already registered this screen will not appear.
7. Now the Buyer Enquiry screen will appear. Please enter the Quantity and Unit of the product. If you want to add any additional information please type it in Remarks. Press the Submit button.
8. The message, 'Your Enquiry has been submitted successfully.' will be displayed. You will be directed to My Enquiries screen where you can view the newly submitted enquiry along with old enquiries.
9. Your Enquiry will be sent to the Supplier through email. Your contact details will be shared with him. He will contact you directly either through email or through phone.
10.If you want to look for more products, click the Products menu. If you want to logout, click the Logout menu.
How many Enquiries can I submit in a day?
You can submit any number of enquiries in a day. There is no limit.
How to search for a Supplier?
1. Visit ROVAN MART website. (www.rovanmart.com)
2. Click the Companies Menu.
3. In the top there is a search box. Enter the name of the company you are looking for.
4. Press Search button. Results will be displayed below.
5. Alternatively you can browse the categories to find your preferred supplier.
6. If you want a supplier in a specific city, click the Cities menu. The list of cities will be displayed. Click on the preferred city and browse the categories to find the supplier.
