1. Why should I join ROVAN MART?
ROVAN MART is a fast growing B2B marketplace in India.
You can grow your business by joining ROVAN MART.
You can showcase your products to the potential buyers.


2. How to join?
Click on the Join Free button in the home page.
A new registration form will open.
Provide the mobile number, email id and other details.
Click on the Register button.
On successful registration you will get a message 'Welcome to ROVAN MART. Please complete your profile and post your products.' on your mobile phone.
complete your profile by filling to other 2 forms.
Go to the home page and click the Category you have registered. Your company will be listed in the category.

You can also search for your company using the Search Facility offered at the top of each page.
To search first select the Company option in the combo box and enter the first few characters of your company in the text box and click the search button.
Your company name will be shown in the search result.

3. If my company has been registered without my knowledge what should I do?

4. How to sign in to my account?
Click the Sign in link provided in the menu.
Sign in page will open.
Enter your username and password.
Click the Sign in button.
The Dashboard will open.
If your username or password is wrong you will not be signed in.
If you have forgotten the password click on Forgot Password link to reset the password.


5. How to edit the details of my company?
Sign in to your account.
Click the View Profile link in the dashboard.
Your profile will open.
If you want to make any changes click Edit Profile.
Make the changes you want in your profile.
Click the Save button.
'Profile updated successfully' message will appear.

6. How to change my password?
Sign in to your account.
Click the Change Password link in the dashboard.
Change Password page will open.
Type the old password.
Type the new password.
Confirm the new password.
Click the Save button.
'Password changed successfully.' message will appear.

7. How to post my product / service in ROVAN MART?
Sign in to your account.
Click the Post New Product button in the dashboard.
New Product page will open.
Fill the basic details of your product in the first page.
Add more details in the second page.
Add photos of your product. Upto 5 photos are allowed for a product.
Click the Save button.
On successfully added the product you will get a message 'Your product has been posted successfully in ROVAN MART.' on your mobile phone.

You can search for your product using the Search Facility offered at the top of each page.
To search enter the first few characters of your product name in the text box and click the search button.
Your product will be shown in the search result.

8. How to post my Buy Lead in ROVAN MART?
Sign in to your account.
Click the Buy Leads link in the menu.
The Buy Leads page will open.
Click the Post New Buy Lead button.
New Buy Lead page will open.
Fill the details of your requirements in the first page.
Click the Save button.
'Buy Lead Created successfully' message will appear.
Click the Buy Leads link in the menu.
Buy Leads page will open.
You can find your Buy Lead listed there.
